Two members of the All Progressives Congress from Imo State who were on their way to Abuja for the inauguration of the 10th National Assembly on Tuesday were killed in a deadly car crash along Agbor road in Delta State on Monday.
The bus carrying them was involved in a head-on collision with an oncoming vehicle in Agbor, Delta State.
According to party sources, two individuals aboard the bus were confirmed deceased, while others with varying degrees of injuries were sent to hospitals.
According to our source, the car accident killed two males from the state’s Amaraku community’s Isiala Mbano Local Government Area.
According to a party official who requested anonymity, the victims are the coordinators for Patrick Ndubueze, senator-elect for Imo North, and Mirriam Onuoha, representative-elect for Okigwe North Federal Constituency.
