Residents of Okagwe Ohafia, in Ohafia local government area of Abia State, were on Tuesday left in confusion after locals apprehended a robbery gang who broke into the home of a resident in Isiugwu identified as Engr. Uche Eme drank his wine, cooked rice stored his kitchen and played around the bedroom.
The gang according to a source who spoke to ABN TV, has been terrorising the residents, causing them sleepless nights for a month.
Their arrest however came as a relief for the community.
One of the gang members our correspondent gathered is from Ndinku while another is from Abiriba both in Ohafia local government area of the state.
Luck, however, ran out of them as the prying eyes of the locals saw them, leading to their arrest.
ABN TV gathered that the suspects have since been handed over to the police for prosecution.
