The Supreme Court on Friday affirmed the election of Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State.
The apex court dismissed the appeal filed against Sani’s election by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and its governorship candidate, Isah Ashiru.
ABN TV reports that the judgment was unanimous and no cost was awarded.
The Supreme Court is currently delivering final judgements on gubernatorial election legal battles in 13 states, including Delta, Kebbi, Nasarawa, Delta, Ogun and Gombe, among others.
