Activist, Sunday Adeyemo alias Sunday Igboho has again defeated the federal government in the court.
The federal government through the Attorney General of Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, and the Department of State Services (DSS) on Monday lost another application seeking vacation of order by the Oyo State High Court restraining the government from arresting, intimidating, harassing Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Adeyemo, aka Sunday Igboho.
Our correspondent gathered that the court also declined a request by the federal government to freeze the bank account of Igboho.
