Late Sir Micah Onyebuchi
All is now set for the final burial of Sir Chief Micah E. Onyebuchi, the father of Prof. Azubike Onyebuchi, the Chief Medical Director of Federal Medical Centre, Umuahia.
He died at the graceful age of 90 on July 9, 2022, and will be laid to rest on Oct 27, in his community Amuzukwu Ibeku, Umuahia Abia State.
A burial arrangement announced by the family indicates a tribute day will hold at All Saints Methodist Church, Amuzukwu Ibeku, Umuahia on Sunday, Oct 23 from 3pm-6pm.
On Tuesday, Oct 25 there will be a service of songs in his honour at his compound, Umuokoo, Amuzukwu Ibeku, Umuahia Abia State starting from 6pm-8pm.

The funeral service will hold on Thursday, Oct 27 at Amuzukwu Girls Secondary School, Amuzukwu Ibeku, Umuahia from 11am after which his body will be laid to rest at his compound.
A thanksgiving service will be held on Sunday, Oct 30 at All Saints Methodist Church, Amuzukwu Ibeku, Umuahia.
Chief Micah was a seasoned educationist who brought his wealth of experience to bear as the then Executive Chairman of Abia State Universal Education Board (ASUBEB) and urged the bereaved family to uphold all that the deceased lived for as a way of preserving his legacies.
