The Kpoke 1 Of Ekeluogo Ebem Autonomous Community And (EZIE OG0) Paramount Ruler Of Ebem Ancient Kingdom, Ohafia Abia state, HRH Eze Ukoha Kalu Ukoha has urged the people of the community to learn to love one another and shun hatred, litigation and divisive tendencies.
ABN TV report that the Royal Father made the call on Friday during the 2021 annual thanksgiving service of Ebem community.
Drawing his reading from the book of Mathew 5:1-16, Eze Ukoha expressed sadness that love has taken a flight from the community, appealing to them to let their light shine.
“Therefore, if we, human beings change and learn to love our neighbours as ourselves by doing the will of the Creator, trying to live the contents of the sermon on the mountain (Mathew 5:1-15), then, we would be spiritualizing our work in such a way that, people will see our good work and glorify our FATHER WHO is in Heaven.

“That, in turn, would be the best way to express our thanksgiving every day in our work and, then, on the last Friday of the first month of the year (January), we can come together for a joint Hour of Worship that will truly be to HIS HONOUR AND GLORY.
“Today as you go into Ebem, what do you see? We are full of hatred, litigation one after another, over our land, houses etc. We plan evil one against the other, we bear false witness against each other.
“My brothers and sisters, these negative characteristics do not bring honour and glory to our CREATOR, rather it makes our thanksgiving look hypocritical. Umu Ebem, let us be lovers of peace and harmony through our daily routine professions. That will be the best thanksgiving to our Heavenly Father. Let us change, for it is man that has to change so that the FATHER’S KINGDOM can come on earth” he said.
He expressed gratitude to God for His innumerable and unquantifiable grace, protection, provision and love which he said have enabled the community to see light.
