NEC-MEETING
Vice President Kashim Shettima is presiding over the 146th meeting of the National Economic Council at the State House, Abuja.
The meeting began at about 12:06 pm after Shettima arrived at the venue, the Council Chamber of the State House, Abuja.
PUNCH Online reports that Thursday’s NEC meeting is arguably the last for 2024.
Members are expected to consider issues ranging from the states’ report on State Police and the 2025 fiscal year.
In attendance are state governors, some deputy governors and members of President Bola Tinubu’s economic team.
