Former Abia State Governor and lawmaker representing Abia North Senatorial District, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, has extended heartfelt birthday wishes to Hon. Robinson Otuwe Kalu, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the party’s candidate for Ohafia North State Constituency in the 2023 Abia State House of Assembly election.In a statement, Senator Kalu praised Hon.
