Sen. Orji Kalu Wins Abia North APC Senatorial Primary Election [Photos, Video]

Senator representing Abia North, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu on Saturday emerged the winner of APC primary election in Abia North.

He polled a total number of 777 to emerge unopposed following the stepping down of his opponent, Barr. Fabian Nwankwo.

He was declared winner of the primary election by the returning officer, Chief Paul Onwuka in Ebem through a direct mode of primary.

Earlier, Sen. Kalu commended Barr. Nwankwo for his decision to drop his ambition, saying it is in the interest of the constituency.
