Sen. Kalu To Honour Dad In Grand Style 10 Years After Death

All is now set for the Senate Chief Whip, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu along with his brothers to honour their father, late Chief Johnson Uzor Nesiegbe Kalu, 10 years after he passed on.

Father of the former Abia governor died in 2010.

Coordinator of the planned event, former Member House of Representatives,  Rt. Hon  Nnanna Uzor Kalu told journalists in Umuahia that Uzor Kalu’s family has finalized arrangements to honour their father who they lost ten years ago.

He said the grand occasion scheduled for December 27th at Camp Neya, Igbere would kick off at 12 noon.

According to the former Reps member, the event will be well packaged and hospitable.

Dignitaries within and outside the country are expected at the memorial event.
