“Firstly, it is important to note that the Southeast of Nigeria has often been marginalized in the political process. This has led to feelings of disenfranchisement and a sense of being left behind. Bringing the Senate President to the Southeast would send a strong message that the region is an important part of Nigeria and that its people deserve to have a voice in government.

“Secondly, the Southeast is home to some of Nigeria’s most pressing issues. From the ongoing conflict in the region to the need for infrastructure development, there are many challenges that must be addressed.
