Sen. Kalu Is The Heartbeat Of Our Party, He’ll Deliver Votes Across Nigeria For Tinubu – APC Chieftain, Babafemi

Senator Orji Uzor Kalu

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Jimoh Adewunmi Babafemi says the Chief Whip of the Senate, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu is the heartbeat of the party.

Babafemi stated this in an interview with newsmen at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport Lagos on Friday morning, noting that the former Abia state governor would deliver the five South East states and other parts of Nigeria for the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Bola Ahmed Tinubu is definitely going to win the presidential election with a landslide. He is going to win across the six geo-political zones. Let’s say South East geo-political zone for example: Senator Orji Uzor Kalu’s Abia North senatorial district gave President Muhammadu Buhari over 68% votes. We are confident of Kalu’s capacity to do it for Tinubu across the zone and even beyond.

“I have spoken to some members of his political structure, OUK Movement across Nigeria and they promised to work for Tinubu and the APC. OUK Movement is the strongest socio-political structure in the South East geo-political zone and with that, we can say that Tinubu is the next president of Nigeria.

“Kalu is among the 50 APC leaders that signed Tinubu’s nomination form that was submitted to INEC, he also played key role in stopping about 22 APC Senators from defecting. He is the heartbeat of the party and we are happy to have him in the party,” he said.
