Senate Chief Whip, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu has applauded a billionaire oil tycoon, Jack Rich for spreading love and enhancing the standard of living in his community and beyond, ABN TV Online reports.
Speaking at the birthday ceremony of Mr. Rich at his Igbere country home in Bende local government area of Abia state on Thursday, Sen. Kalu said the celebrant has left a legacy, including award of scholarship, payment of salaries to teachers, healthcare development, and others for which he will be remembered.
According to Sen. Kalu, Mr. Jack Rich has walked an extra mile in ensuring that he touches lives for the betterment of society, saying the is the greatest way to show love to fellow man.
He called on the well to do members of the society to take a cue from Mr. Jack Rich, maintaining that it is a divine injunction that must be obeyed.
