Senator representing Abia North senatorial district, Sen. Orji Uzor Kalu has warned against unauthorized activities on his mobile phone lines.
The Senate Chief Whip on Thursday hinted the general public that his phone containing MTN and Glo lines was stolen at the Abuja International Conference Centre on Tuesday when he and his colleagues had gone to receive their certificates of return following their elections on Feb. 25.
The Abia former governor in a social media post on Thursday therefore appealed to the public to provide useful information that will lead to the recovery of the phone, adding that his network providers have been duly notified.
“This is to notify the general public to beware of any illicit activity involving my cell phone and numbers.
“During the collection of the Certificate of Return at the International Conference Centre, Abuja, my cell phone with MTN and Glo lines, were stolen by a yet-to-be-identified person(s).
“My network providers have been duly informed. Please don’t hesitate to provide any useful information. OUK”, Kalu wrote.
