Rep. Sam Onuigbo, Member (South-East), Governing Board Chairman, Committee on Security, Climate Change and Special Interventions, has congratulated Deputy Speaker Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu on his conferment with the prestigious Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON) award.
In a heartfelt message, a former Member representing Ikwuano/Umuahia North and South Federal Constituency, Onuigbo praised Kalu’s leadership, integrity, and commitment to Nigeria’s development.
“Your Excellency, this national honour is a testament to your sterling qualities and dedication to our great nation,“ Onuigbo said. “I rejoice with you and your family on this well-deserved recognition.”

Onuigbo recalled Kalu’s previous “Enyi Abia” award from the Abia State Government, describing him as “a man of immense wisdom and towering accomplishments.”
