Member representing Bende Federal Constituency of Abia State and Spokesperson of the House of Representatives, Hon. Benjamin Kalu has congratulated the Director ABN TV, Mr. Ifeanyi Okali at the occasion of his birthday, applauding his focus and professionalism as a media practitioner.
