Prophet Odumeje Declares Tinubu’s Govt As Nigeria’s Worst, Vows To Contest 2027 Presidency (Video)

Popular Nigerian cleric and self-styled prophet, Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, popularly known as Odumeje, has launched a scathing attack on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration, labeling it as the worst government Nigeria has ever had.

In a viral video, Odumeje expressed deep disappointment in Nigerians for tolerating what he described as economic hardship under Tinubu’s leadership. He accused the government of enriching itself while the masses continue to suffer.

“Your government is bragging when they have done nothing for this nation. Even the latest government that Tinubu controls is the worst government that Nigeria has ever had. I am so disappointed in Nigerians for allowing him to make us suffer while he and his family enjoy the money that belongs to all of us,” he said.

Odumeje also took aim at the Nigerian Senate, criticizing lawmakers for engaging in trivial discussions instead of addressing pressing economic issues. He mocked a recent debate involving a female senator, suggesting that the legislative body has lost focus.

In a surprising declaration, Odumeje announced his intention to contest the 2027 presidential election, claiming he would bring divine intervention to reset the country’s economy.

“When I am done with my spiritual mission, I will contest for the presidential seat in 2027. I will bring real change because this suffering must end,” he declared.

The fiery preacher also joined the viral ‘30 Days Rant Challenge’, a social media movement where Nigerians express their frustrations about governance. He called on citizens to protest the rising cost of food and other economic challenges, even suggesting direct action against traders who inflate prices.

“Rice is now so expensive, and nobody is saying anything. Nigerians need to reset their memory. It is not just about making noise for 30 days; we must continue contesting and protesting all year round,” he urged.

Odumeje’s remarks have sparked widespread reactions, with supporters applauding his boldness while critics question his political aspirations.
