PDP Group Urges Abians To Enroll As INEC Commences Voters’ Registration

The People’s Democratic Party, PDP National Youth Movement, Abia State Chapter has urged people of the State, particularly youths to take advantage of the ongoing Independent National Election Commission (INEC) online continuous voters’ registration exercise to enroll and obtain their Permanent Voters Card (PVC).

The group says the PVC qualifies and gives the youths the opportunity to choose the candidates of their choice during voting for accountable leadership, urging them to actively participate in the exercise.

The Youth movement in a statement signed by the Chairman, Comrade Nnaji Obed Asiegbu, the Secretary, Comrade Ikechukwu Iroha and Publicity Secretary Comrade Emeka Ebere advised Abia youths resident outside the state to consider coming back home to participate especially students of higher institutions.

It noted that registering and voting are major steps at ensuring that quality and credible leaders are elected into political offices to enhance and drive the needed change the youths crave for.
