“Oyibo People Really Messed Up Our Brains” – Yul Edochie

Nollywood actor cum politician, Yul Edochie has taken to the micro-blogging site, twitter to write on how white people, Oyinbo people messed with our brains.

The former Gubernatorial aspirant for Anambra State shared a tweet recalling how teachers back then flogged students for speaking their native language. In his opinion, those teachers should be ashamed of themselves.

The Tweet by Yul Edochie reads ;

“To think that some of our teachers flogged us back then in school for speaking our language.
Calling it vernacular.
Can you imagine?
You speak your own language you get flogged.
All those teachers should be ashamed of themselves.
