Over 100 Undocumented Migrants Arrested In Colorado Nightclub Raid Amid Trump Immigration Crackdown

U.S. authorities announced Sunday the arrest of over 100 undocumented migrants following a raid at an underground nightclub in Colorado Springs, marking the latest development in President Donald Trump’s intensified immigration crackdown.

Attorney General Pam Bondi confirmed the arrests on X (formerly Twitter), stating that agents from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) “apprehended over 100 illegal aliens at an underground nightclub frequented by Tren de Aragua (TDA) and MS-13 terrorists.”

President Trump has designated South American gangs like Tren de Aragua and MS-13 as terrorist organizations. His administration has deployed troops to the U.S.-Mexico border and called for sweeping mass expulsions of undocumented migrants, a hardline policy approach that has drawn fierce criticism from rights groups, Democratic leaders, and federal judges.

Footage released by the DEA showed armed officers storming the nightclub, smashing a window, and ordering patrons to raise their hands before they fled into what appeared to be a strip mall parking lot.

According to the DEA, drugs and weapons were seized during the operation. DEA Special Agent Jonathan Pullen also revealed that several U.S. military personnel were found inside the club, either as patrons or working as armed security.

President Trump praised the raid on his Truth Social platform, calling it a targeted effort against “some of the worst people illegally in our country—drug dealers, murderers, and other violent criminals of all shapes and sizes.” He also lashed out at federal judges who have blocked aspects of his immigration policies, warning that their actions could turn the United States into a “crime-ridden MESS.”

Meanwhile, rights groups last week condemned the deportation of three American children—one battling a rare form of cancer—alongside their undocumented mothers, sparking outrage over the administration’s aggressive enforcement tactics.

In another high-profile case, Kilmer Abrego Garcia, a Maryland resident with protected legal status, was deported to El Salvador. Although the Trump administration later admitted the deportation was due to an “administrative error” and the Supreme Court ordered his return, Trump has continued to insist that Abrego Garcia is affiliated with gang activity.

The nightclub raid in Colorado highlights the administration’s ongoing efforts to enforce Trump’s “zero tolerance” immigration agenda ahead of the November elections, despite mounting legal and humanitarian challenges.
