In recognition of his numerous contributions to the development of the country’s Mining and Geosciences Sector of the economy, the Nigerian Mining And Geosciences Society (NMGS) has conferred the Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Dr. Uche Ogah with its Fellowship Award.
The Minister was honoured during the 56th Annual International Conference of the society.
Recall that the federal government had demonstrated readiness to diversify the country’s economy through mining using the Economic and Recovery Growth Plan, ERGP, a sector Ogah has received accolades for his vision-driven contributions.
By this fellowship award, the Minister can now be addressed with the appellation DR UCHE OGAH, OON, FCA, FNMGS.
