The performance of Nigerian artist Oludipe David, popularly known as Spyro, at the Harvesters International Gospel Center’s Christmas carol service in Lagos State on Sunday has stirred mixed reactions among attendees and online audiences.
As obtained by our correspondent, the church invited celebrities such as Daniel Effiong, Bisola Ayeola, Dorathy Bachor, Sharon Ooja, Uzor Arukwe, Adeh Gbolahan, and Kenneth Ophopho for the event.
Many individuals have expressed their disapproval of the decision to feature a secular artist in a church event.

The move has prompted debates and discussions among attendees and online users, with differing opinions on Pastor Bolaji Idowu’s decision as the lead preacher at Harvesters International Christian Center to incorporate these artists into the event.
