A chieftain of All Progressives Congress APC in Abia State, Hon. Nnaemeka Otagburuagu has congratulated Chief Mrs. Eunice Uzor Kalu, mother of Chief Whip of the Nigerian Senate, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu at the occasion of her birthday, describing her as an embodiment of hope.
