Orji Kalu Hails Super Falcons’ Victory

Former Governor of Abia State and Pillar of Sports, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu has congratulated the Super Falcons of Nigeria for qualifying for round 16 at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

Applauding the nation’s female team for their outstanding performance, the Senator called on the national team to sustain their robust feat in subsequent matches.

Kalu in a congratulatory statement stressed that he was pleased with the victory of the Super Falcons.

He said, “As a soccer enthusiast, I commend Nigeria’s female football team- Super Falcons for displaying uncommon in the ongoing football competition.

“The team has made the country proud.

Kalu wished the Super Falcons continued victory in their matches in future.
