A faith-based organisation, Omega Power Ministry (OPM), has unveiled the first free specialist hospitals in Nigeria, saying says the facility will now work on a 24/7 basis, providing free health services to those in need.
The founder of the church, HRM Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere, announced this on Thursday, saying the 100% free medical services has been ongoing for over 10 years but were formerly unveiled.
According to Chinyere, these hospitals cater to both Muslims and Christians, and are fully sponsored through tithes and offerings from OPM church members.
“This initiative has brought hope to the underprivileged, offering quality medical care without financial burden,” Chinyere stated.
OPM’s free hospitals have become a benchmark for faith-based philanthropy, demonstrating the church’s commitment to social responsibility and community service.
