All is now set for the 2021 edition of Homecoming organised by the National Association of Ohafia Students Worldwide.
The event which is the third in the series will feature outstanding performance award as well as Ohafia Most Beautiful Girl beauty pageant which is the first of its kind.
Coming up on December 29th, 2021 at Ikenga Plaza, Homecoming is an opportunity for family and friends to align and bring the Ohafia community together in celebration, Comr. Idika Michael and Comr. Prince Udensi (Committee Chairman) said in a press statement.
“Ohafia Homecoming, a signature event in our community is not only an opportunity for our people to come together and rally around a common sense of community and camaraderie, but also a fantastic opportunity for us to come together and connect with our family and Ohafians chumminess alike” the statement read further.
According to the students body, the decision to honour individuals with award of excellence is to appreciate them for lending support to the Ohafia course irrespective of the ods.
On the selection pattern for award recipients, the students say,
“the selection of awardees is out of nomination by National Association of Ohafia Students stakeholders after a strong deliberation on who is being awarded from the locality”.
The Association therefore stated that while the Red Carpet is expected to commence 3pm, main Event will take the centre stage at 5pm.
