Officials from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) headquarters in Abuja paid an inspection visit to ABN TV in Umuahia, Abia State on Thursday to ensure the security and welfare of serving corps members.
The team, led by Mrs. Christiana Ugwu, the NYSC Local Government Inspector in charge of Umuahia North LGA, Abia State, was accompanied by Mr. Samuel Adama, representing NYSC headquarters.
Mr. Adama emphasized the importance of providing corps members with opportunities to learn and build experiences that benefit themselves, society, and the country.
ABN TV’s Director, Mr. Ifeanyi Okali, reiterated the organization’s commitment to the well-being and security of its corps members, stating, “ABN TV offers a conducive environment for staff and corps members to grow and build experiences. We prioritize their security and welfare.”
During the visit, serving corps members shared their positive experiences and growth, appreciating the organization’s support. NYSC representatives commended ABN TV’s efforts, acknowledging the organization’s exemplary leadership and commitment to corps members’ welfare.
