NSCDC Arrests Seven Suspects Vandalizing Cables In Kano

Operatives of the Kano State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, NSCDC, have apprehended seven suspects alleged to have vandalized cables at various locations in the State.

DSC Ibrahim Idris Abdullahi, spokesman of the command, confirmed the arrest of the suspects to newsmen on Thursday in Kano.

According to him, the arrest followed a surveillance by a team from the Command, in conjunction with vigilante officials.

The spokesman explained: “Investigations into the cases have since been completed and the suspects will be charged to court with conspiracy, vandalisation, as well as receiving stolen property.”
