Nnamdi Kanu’s Imprisonment Is Unacceptable, We Must Keep Fighting For His Release’ – Aloy Ejimakor

Barrister Aloy Ejimakor, special counsel to the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has spoken out against Kanu’s continued imprisonment.

Ejimakor stated on his social media handle that it is unacceptable to imprison someone not for a genuine offense, but for their thoughts and ideas that the state seeks to suppress through false imprisonment.

Ejimakor emphasized the importance of continued support for Kanu, saying, “The best way of fighting for such a man is to never stop fighting for him. Let him know every day that he is remembered.” This statement highlights the need for sustained advocacy and support for Kanu’s release.
