Nnamdi Kanu Sends Strong Message To Igbos, IPOB Members After Court Denied Him Bail [VIDEO]

Nnamdi Kanu, detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) on Tuesday said the verdict of Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court, Abuja, denying him bail and adjourning his trial is ‘expected’.

ABN TV reports that Kanu was speaking shortly after Tuesday’s court session which went against him.

The 54-year-old separatist leader asked the people of the southeast region to “remain calm” and make the region peaceful.

“It is what we expect. But I want our people to be very calm. I want Biafranland to be calm, calm, and very peaceful. We are fighting to defend our people, not to kill them.
