NBM Of Africa Preaches Love At Easter, Charges Members On Giving

A non-governmental organisation, Neo Black Movement Of Africa Worldwide has encouraged its members to do their best in ensuring that their neighbours especially the less privileged feel a sense of love this Easter, commending zones who have done well in carrying out this mandate.

In a release signed by the National President of the group, Chief Engr Kupa Felix said the period of the celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ is a time that avails people the opportunity to reunite with family and loved ones and reflect in their faith.

“I bring warm greetings to all in the name of the Almighty. Easter is a remarkable day that celebrates the resurrection of Christ who was crucified to bring salvation to mankind.

“A time that brings our brothers and their families who are Christians together to celebrate this important day as it relates to their faith.

“It is also a time for us as a people to reflect on the pain and suffering of many who are despair and frustrated that science and the limited knowledge of man could not offer us succour in this global pandemic.

“As leaders, I implore us to rise to the challenge of being resolute, keeping faith, and doing our part in ensuring that the light that comes with Easter is felt by all. This of course is a shared responsibility for all!

“I encourage all member to look out for the interest of everyone in their community, especially those who are vulnerable. We should do our best to be that little ray of light that could bring hope to those who are in utter darkness. I appreciate our respective zones who have been doing tremendously forthcoming on welfare to our brothers, their families and the less privileged in our communities.
