The National Conscience Party, NCP, has declared it will encourage voters to support Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, LP, just 33 days before the election.

Dr. Yinusa Tanko, the National Chairman of the NCP, revealed this in a statement on Monday.

According to Tanko, NCP members had examined the Labour Party’s platform as well as the personalities of Obi and Datti Baba Ahmed, who is running as his running mate, and believed both had what it took to win their support.

He clarified that Obi, a former governor of Anambra State, possesses all the necessary qualifications to win his party’s trust and support.
