Nation Building: Sir Udensi Bags Zik’s Creativity And Innovation Award (Photos)

In acknowledgement of his contributions to nation building, peace and unity of the country, Interpol Systems Consultant in Nigeria, Sir Chikwe Udensi has been honoured with Zik’s Creativity and Innovation Award.

The Award, which is an annual event to recognize outstanding individuals who have excelled in various spheres of endeavor and have contributed meaningfully to nation building and national unity is organized by Igbo Nsukka United Front (ISUF).

Also recognized at the 2021 edition of the prestigious award ceremony are former Nigerian leader, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, Alhaji (Dr.) Yahaya Abubakar (The Etsu Nupe), Rt. Hon. Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi, (Hon. Minister of Transport), Senator Owelle Rochas Anayo Okorocha, Major Hamza Al-Mustapha, Rt. Hon Yahaya Bello (Governor of Kogi State), Hon. Benjamin Kalu , among others.

Speaking at the event, the Director General, Igbo Nsukka United Front Hon. Chineme Onyeka explained that the yearly merit award summit is conceptualized and designed to honor Rt. Hon. Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe for his effort in putting Nsukka on the global map, mostly by siting the first indigenous University of Nigeria in Nsukka land.

He stated that the group seeks to emulate Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe and therefore fixes the 16th of November every year to mark his posthumous birthday and also use same day to honor, recognize and appreciate patriotic Nigerians who have helped in Nation building, Policy Formulation, investment and National unity.

The organizers of the Award explained that Sir Chikwe Udensi is on the Top list of individuals who have contributed to Nation building especially in the area of National Security.

The Security Expert who was represented by Alhaji Yusuf Mahmud , thanked the group for the recognition and pledged to always contribute towards National Security and robust economy.
