Abia businessman, philanthropist and governorship aspirant, H.E Mayor Lucky Igbokwe (Don LuLu) has commiserated with the Chief Whip of the Senate, Dr. Orji Kalu on the passage of his wife, Ifeoma Ada Kalu at the age of 61.
The former Abia first lady died earlier last week in the United States.
In a condolence message to the husband, Sen. Kalu a former governor of Abia State, Mayor Igbokwe expressed sadness over the loss, describing the late Mrs. Ifeoma as a woman of peace and large heart.
He described Ifeoma’s death as a huge loss not only to Kalu’s family entire women folks in Abia whose lives she touched.
“On behalf of my family, I sincerely convey our heartfelt condolences to Sen. Orji Uzor Kalu and his immediate family on this very great loss.
“It is my prayer that God gives you the fortitude to weather through this trying moment of grief, bearing in mind that death is the final destination of all mortals.
“May our good Lord grant her peaceful soul eternal repose,” Mayor Igbokwe stated.
