A Chieftain and Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Chief Sir Marc Inyanagbo Wabara, has congratulated Dr. Alex Otti on turning fifty six years today.

Wabara praised the former stalwart of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, for his services in God’s vineyard, adding “as you mark another year today, we wish you many more years of continued service to the country”.
