LP Chieftain, Charles Nzechi Salutes Alex Otti On Electoral Victory As Gov-Elect

A chieftain of Labour Party in Abia State, Chief Charles Nzechi has congratulated the state governor-elect, Dr. Alex Otti on his victory at the recently concluded gubernatorial election in the state.

He said Otti’s victory on the platform of Labour Party is a clear indication that Abians have long yearned for a positive leadership, noting that it is the beginning of greater things to come.

In a goodwill message on Thursday, the former House of Representatives candidate of the party for Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency called on the people of the state to rally round the former bank executive and give him the needed support to succeed in the task of rebuilding the state.

He said, “I congratulate Chief Alex Otti of the Labour Party (LP) who emerged victorious in the last Saturday, March 18 governorship election in Abia state.

“His victory is a collective affirmation of the will of Abia people who for long have yearned for paradigm shift in the administration of our dear state.

“His antecedents from the private sector is a clear pointer that Abians will witness a new lease of life and era of prosperity in the management of their affairs”, he stated.

Nzechi also prayed for God’s wisdom and guidance to help the incoming governor succeed in her assignment.
