The Labour Party has announced an expanded stakeholders meeting to be hosted by His Excellency, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at the Banquet Hall, Government House, Umuahia.
The meeting, scheduled for 12 noon prompt, aims to bring together key members of the party to discuss crucial matters and strategize for future success.
Invited stakeholders include representatives from the Nigerian Labour Congress and Trade Union Congress, the Vice Presidential candidate of the 2023 election, the Deputy Governor of Abia State, serving and former Senators, members of the House of Representatives, and state Houses of Assembly.
Additionally, members of the Abure-led National Working Committee, gubernatorial candidates, and former gubernatorial candidates representing the six geopolitical zones have been invited.
The meeting is expected to be a significant gathering of Labour Party leaders and stakeholders, with His Excellency, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, playing host.
