It’s Restoration Of God’s Mandate To The People, Amobi Ogah Reacts To Appeal Court Victory

The member representing Isuikwuato/Umunneochi federal constituency of Abia State, Hon. Amobi Godwin Ogah has reacted to the ruling of the Court of Appeal which affirmed him winner of the February 25 National Assembly election, saying it’s the restoration of God’s mandate to the people of his constituency through him.

The Appeal Court sitting in Lagos in its ruling delivered on Friday, overturned the judgement of the election petition tribunal which had on September 6 September, 2023, sacked Amobi Ogah of the Labour Party, LP.

The Appeal Court disagreed with the tribunal on its ruling which declared the present Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Nkeiruka Onyejiocha who was candidate of the APC winner.
