Bishop Dr. Sunday Ndukwo Onuoha
Item community in Bende local government area of Abia is set to honour the Founder Vision Africa Radio, Bishop Sunday Onuoha as he clocks 60.
A grand reception has been slated in his honour on Friday, March 22, 2024.
The planning committee on behalf of Item Okpi Ancient Kingdom in a release also announced that a Holy Communion Service will be conducted at 7am by His Eminence Dr. Oliver Ali Baba the Prelate Methodist Church of Nigeria.
The event will hold at The Playground of Okai Item Primary School at 12noon.
The MD/CEO of Cowry Assets Management, Sir Chief Johnson Chukwu will be the last chairman of the occasion while the Special Guest of Honour is the governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti.
Chief Guest of Honour will be the former President of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo while the Guest Royal Father of the Day will be His Eminence Sa’ad Abubakar III, the Sultan of Sokoto.
Also expected as Special Guests of Honour include, Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State, Senator Rochas Okorocha, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu, Dr. Isa Yuguda, Engr. Dave Umahi and a host of others.
