Sir Udensi emphasized the need for effective collaboration between state and non-state actors to achieve lasting peace in the area.

He praised the South West governors for their proactive approach to regional security, particularly in the formation of the South West Security Network, also known as Amotekun. Udensi believes that a similar approach could yield positive results in the South East.

The security expert’s call comes as the region grapples with rising insecurity and violence, highlighting the need for innovative solutions and effective leadership in addressing the challenges.
