Inmates Allegedly Escape From Agbor Correctional Centre

On Monday evening, scores of convicts reportedly escaped from the Correctional Centre in Agbor, Ika South Local Council of Delta State, after the prison wall collapsed.

According to sources, the wall fell after the wind ripped off part of the roof owing to heavy rain on Monday at about 4:30 p.m.

According to them, the flood accumulated at the foot of the wall for hours after the storm, causing the wall to collapse abruptly.
