The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC has declared the candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Peter Mbah winner of the March 18 governorship election in Enugu State.
He polled a total of 160, 895 votes to defeat his closest rival, candidate of the Labour Party who polled 157, 552 votes.
