The self-acclaimed discipline of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Simon Ekpa has vowed not to listen to Kanu from the custody of the DSS or hospital.
This is in response to a handwritten letter by Nnamdi Kanu from DSS custody, calling for an end to sit-at-home protest in the South East region.
Ekpa who is based in Finland had threatened to declare a 7-day sit-at-home to protest the continued detention of Nnamdi Kanu in the custody of DSS in Abuja.

He has been criticised for the Monday protest, which leaders in the region say affects the economy.
He has refused to listen to the appeal to call off the sit-at-home, despite repeated appeals by Nnamdi Kanu.
He wrote on Twitter rebranding to X, “I will not listen to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, from DSS, from Hospital or from Nigeria.
“I will not talk to him on phone, on video call, on television call or internet call.
“I want to talk with him one on one in Finland. Anything less than this, sit back and see how Nigeria collapse will start in the coming days.
“I am here to Liberate Biafra and I don’t expect political criminals to be part of the liberation.
“When india fought Britain, they also suffered none of them lamented about Gandhi.
“You must be ready to complete this sacrifice to the last minute.”
