Plans have been concluded by Abia State governor, Dr. Okezie Victor Ikpeazu to relocate the state-owned College of Health Sciences and Management Technology Aba to Umuobiakwa, coincidentally the governor’s home town.

The governor has therefore presented a big bus to the school to make the commencement of academic and administrative activities at the new site easier.

Onyebuchi Ememanka, chief press secretary to the governor in a statement said the Governor reiterated his commitment to the growth of the College.

Additionally, the governor “announced that the sum of 100 Million Naira had just been released to the contractor handling the Permanent Site project to accelerate work at the site”, he said.
