Abia State governor, Okezie Ikpeazu has sent a goodwill message to the Governor of Ebonyi State and Chairman of the South East Governors’ Forum, Engr Dave Umahi on the occasion of his 58th birthday.
Governor Ikpeazu who describes the Ebonyi State Governor as “my friend and brother” expressed gratitude to God for sustaining the life of the Governor and using him as a human instrument in the transformation of Ebonyi State and for the leadership he provides in the Forum of South East Governors.
