Mr Kingsley Saint Chinkwem
Following the heaps of refuse dotting the city of Aba, commercial centre of Abia State, and Umuahia the governor Okezie Ikpeazu has announced Mr Kingsley Saint Chinkwem as the new General Manager of Abia State Environmental Protection Agency, ASEPA in charge of Umuahia.
This is contained in a statement signed by Secretary to the State Government, Barr. Chris Ezem on Friday.
