The Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, will on Tuesday address the media on the development around the two coronavirus cases recorded in the state on Monday.
This is contained in a statement signed by the state Commissioner for Information, Chief John Okiyi Kalu on Monday.
NCDC had confirmed the two cases both of who are advanced in age.
The two form the index cases the state is recording since the novel coronavirus was first confirmed in Nigeria.
The Commissioner said the state government has commenced tracing those who have come in contact with the confirmed cases.
