Ikechukwu Stanley Iheuwa Launches Free Skill Acquisition Program To Empower Youths In Umuahia South

IKECHUKWU STANLEY IHEUWA, a proud son of Amachara Umuopara in Umuahia South Local Government Area of Abia State and the CEO of NKU Worldwide Nigerian Limited, has launched a groundbreaking free skill acquisition program aimed at empowering youths and reducing unemployment in the region.

NKU Worldwide Nigerian Limited, with its headquarters in Libreville, Gabon, and branches in global locations including the USA, China, Korea, Dubai, Angola, Europe, and West Africa, is a leading company specializing in the import and export of vehicles, motor parts, and general merchandise.

In his statement, Mr. Iheuwa lauded the achievements of His Excellency Dr. Alex Otti, Governor of Abia State, particularly the ongoing infrastructural developments and the upcoming commissioning of new roads in Umuahia South LGA. Recognizing the importance of good governance and its impact on the lives of citizens, he pledged his support through this initiative to further uplift the community.

The skill acquisition program, which begins registration on December 5, 2024, and runs until January 1, 2025, is open to all youths and indigenous people of Umuahia South who are eager to learn and become productive but lack the financial capacity to acquire a skill.

Interested participants are advised to visit the OGECHI CARES office at Osinaulo Plaza, Isi-Court, Umuahia, Abia State to pick up a registration form. The program is free, and successful participants may receive empowerment packages upon completion.
