The Director ABN TV, Mr. Ifeanyi Okali has congratulated the chairman Masters Energy and former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Dr. Uche Ogah at the auspicious occasion of his 54th birthday, describing him as a true humanitarian.
He said the former Minister has consistently demonstrated love and kindness to the disadvantaged people within Abia and beyond without blowing his trumpet.
In a felicitation message on Friday, Okali said Ogah has brought succour to many, gave several Abians a wing to fly and assisted others actualize their life ambitions irrespective of their religious and tribal affiliations.
“Hon. Dr. Ogah stands out as one Abian that has consistently been on the side of the people. Having been raised without a silver spoon, he understands the pain of suffering and he has supported countless number of persons to overcome the shackle of lack.
“Not long ago, he made a pledge to support at least 30 women in their endeavours. The fulfillment of this pledge came to reality when he dispensed one million Naira each to the 30 lucky women.
“Additionally, 58 others got items worth N500,000 each, all targeted at enhancing their livelihoods.
“During the Covid-19 era, we are all witnesses to how he showed true love to our people, bringing breath of fresh air to them in most difficult times”, he said.
Okali also acknowledged the economic value of Ogah to Abia especially with the thousands of direct and indirect jobs created through his Masters Energy and its affiliates.
While wishing the former Minister more years of fulfillment and selfless services, Okali prayed for God’s endless blessings and protection upon him.
