Ibrahim Babangida Dies In Auto Crash

Former Super Eagles player Ibrahim Babangida has died in an accident along Zaira road.

His brother, Tijani, who was with wife, son and maid, was also involved in the crash.

Tijani is president of the Professional Footballers Association of Nigeria.

A statement by the General Secretary of (PFAN), Emmanuel Babayaro, confirmed. Ibrahim died in the crash.

But Tijani and the rest of his family were said to be responding to treatment.
